General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers of the SCR consulting GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “SCR consulting”). By using the services of SCR consulting, users declare their agreement with the following GTC.

§ 2 Services

The SCR consulting offers its users a services for further education and training in the areas of process management and project management. The services of SCR consulting can be used free of charge or for a fee.

§ 3 Terms of use

Users of SCR consulting agree to use the services of SCR consulting exclusively for private and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use the services of SCR consulting without the express prior written consent of SCR consulting.

§ 4 Liability

SCR consulting shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the services, unless these are attributable to intent or gross negligence on the part of the SCR consulting. The SCR consulting does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information and training materials provided.

§ 5 Data protection

SCR consulting undertakes to protect the data of its users in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and to treat them confidentially. The SCR consulting’s data protection guidelines can be viewed on the website.

§ 6 Changes to the GTC

SCR consulting reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of changes to the GTC in good time.

§ 7 Place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions is Munich.
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from 07.04.2023.
