Travitor is a learning platform from Las Vegas. More than 200 organizations worldwide use it to train their people, including DHL, Lush and Vanguard. Users have completed over one million lessons on the platform. The product was designed and built by one of the companies in the SCR group.

In 2016 Travitor had a good product and paying customers. Adding the newer features the market started to demand was complicated, expensive and slow. Developing a single feature took months and cost several times what it should have. The system was also not built for large organizations with thousands of users, and it could not be connected to HR tools or corporate login.
When Travitor approached SCR at that time, there were two options on the table. The first was to keep the old system. That way the company might not win new and large customers. The most demanding and most modern features the market wanted might not have worked on the old system.
The second option, and the one that won in the end, was to build the software from scratch. And as the results show, it was the right decision.
The first weeks went into a deep analysis. It focused primarily on Travitor’s business and on where the company wanted to be in five and ten years. The entire lifecycle of corporate training was mapped out, and only then did the architecture design take shape.
Fantasy Interactive, one of the most respected digital agencies in the United States, was brought in for UX and UI design. The technical foundation became a multi-tenant SaaS model, modular microfrontends and the AWS cloud. In plain terms, every organization has its own secure environment and the system can be extended piece by piece. That is why the core of the platform has not been rewritten once in ten years.

Organizations run the entire training lifecycle inside Travitor. Content is created directly in the platform, from videos and quizzes to SCORM packages and live events. A manager sees in real time who completed a course and exports the report straight to email.
The biggest saving came from AI generated video lessons. Producing a training video used to require a camera, a studio and an editor. Today you write a script and the platform turns it into a finished video in minutes.
The platform connects to the tools an organization already uses. More than ten integrations are ready, including BambooHR, ADP, Microsoft 365, Stripe and enterprise SSO over SAML and OIDC.
Compared with the original platform, Travitor now has three times more paying customers and 30% lower operating costs. The product manager described the rest of the results directly in the review on Clutch.
